Oats Shortbread

A quick fix for that Teatime craving.Not only Teatime, I have it for Breakfast as well. Take…

1cup Porridge oats
1cup all purpose Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
2 Eggs beaten.
4 tbs Olive or Sunflower oil
Currants and Resins
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp
Cinnamon powder and Vanilla extract
Mix all together and spoon mixture into greased baking tray and flatten into small circles with back of spoon.Bake in 180°C pre heated oven for 15 minutes or till done.

*Make sure you leave enough space in between the circles since it might enlarge when baking.
